"Fiber install was way less of a hassle than I expected"
I had AT&T fiber installed last week, i was expecting it to be more of a pain. I figured there would be some confusion about where the line needed to go or maybe a mess left behind, but the tech showed up during the scheduled window, walked me through everything, and kept it simple.
The internet has been solid so far and noticeably faster than what I had before. I went into it thinking the install might be the annoying part, but it ended up being easy and uneventful in the best way. No real complaints
"Honest rep, but still not totally sold"
The AT&T sales rep was upfront about the prices and fees, which I appreciated. It was nice not feeling like they were trying to sneak stuff past me. That said, the plan options were still confusing and it took way longer than it should’ve to figure everything out. Plus, my service kind of works when it wants to, so I’m still mixed on the whole experience. Not terrible, just not great.
"Solid router so far"
I’ve been using it for a bit now and it’s been working just fine. Seems like good equipment and I haven’t had any issues so far

"Quick help, even though I was hesitant"
I’ll admit I was a little torn because I usually stick with another brand, but these guys got back to me really fast and fixed my issue without making me wait all day. the service made a good impression.

"Not sure why the refund is taking so long"
I’m still waiting for my credit to show up, and I’m not really sure what’s holding it up. I expected it to take a little time, but this feels like it’s been way too long...

"Canceling online was surprisingly painless"
I just canceled my AT&T service through att.com recently, it was way easier than I thought it would be. I had it in my head that I’d be sitting on hold forever or getting bounced around, but the online steps were clear and everything went through quickly. Got my confirmation with no drama. Maybe it’s just because this went so smoothly, but right now I’m feeling like canceling was one of the better parts of dealing with them

"Promo finally showed up, but what a hassle"
I did end up getting the promo credit, so that part worked out, but man, it was kind of a dumb pain. Had to call twice before it finally got sorted. Not the worst thing ever, just annoying as hell.

"I’ve had AT&T for a while now, and..."
I’ve had AT&T for a while now, and the coverage is kind of all over the place. At home I’m usually sitting at one bar, maybe two if I’m lucky, and then calls will just drop randomly. Like, no warning, just gone.
It’s mostly fine when I’m in town, so it’s not like it never works, but once I drive even a little outside the city, the data gets painfully slow. Sometimes pages won’t load at all, and I’ve had Maps freeze up too, which is… not great when you’re actually trying to get somewhere.
I wouldn’t say it’s the worst service I’ve ever had or anything, but for what I’m paying, I guess I expected it to be more reliable. Every time I’ve contacted support, they just tell me to reset my phone, and sure, I’ll try it, but it never really changes anything.
"Bill matched, even if I felt brushed off"
My bill ended up being exactly what I expected, with no weird extra charges or surprises. I did feel a little dismissed when I asked a question about it, like they just wanted to move on, but at least the total was right.

"Really professional tech"
Showed up on time, explained what was going on, and got everything fixed. Took a little longer than I expected, but was respectful the whole time

"I booked my AT&T appointment online..."
I booked my AT&T appointment online in just a few minutes. My snap judgment? The process was way easier than I expected. The time slots were clear, and the confirmation showed up fast.

"Service and updates only work when they feel like it"
My internet went out in my area, and AT&T just kept giving me the same vague “we’re working on it” message with no actual time frame. The outage map didn’t even match what the phone rep told me, so it felt like the service and the updates both work when they want to.
I know outages happen, but the communication was useless. I had to keep checking all day and still had no idea if I was looking at a few hours or a few days
"Pretty easy site to use"
I hopped on AT&T to check my bill and tweak a plan option, and it was painless. Most things were right where I expected, and the pages loaded fast enough for me.
The only annoying part was probably my own bad timing because I was trying to do it when I was already in a rush. A couple menus felt kind of buried, and I had to click around more than I wanted before I finally found my device info.
Overall, it worked fine and I didn’t have to call support, which I definitely count as a win. I just wish a few of the settings were easier to spot, especially when you’re not messing with it at the best time

"My AT&T service has been reliable around here..."
My AT&T service has been reliable around here. I work from home some days and usually have music or a show running in the background, so I tend to notice if the internet gets weird. It has dropped maybe once in a while, but it usually comes back quickly before it turns into a whole thing. Overall, I’m happy with it and haven’t had any major headaches so far

"I used AT&T roaming while traveling abroad..."
I used AT&T roaming while traveling abroad, and to be fair, the service worked okay in most places. What annoyed me was the pricing. Before I left, it sounded like it would be straightforward, but once I started using it, the charges got confusing really fast. It felt like what was promised didn’t really match the reality of the bill. The roaming did its job, but I wish AT&T had been much clearer about the actual costs upfront.

"No weird contract surprises"
The plans were clear from the start, and I didn’t run into any weird contract surprises. I kind of get the feeling they’re trying to keep things simple on purpose, though that’s just my impression

"Decent service, but the cost adds up"
My experience with AT&T has been mostly okay day to day. The service works well enough most of the time, and I haven’t had many major issues using it. Paying my bill online is straightforward too, so from a convenience standpoint, it does the job.
Where it starts to feel less worth it is the price. My bill seems to have slowly gone up with fees and little charges I didn’t really pay attention to at first. Since the service is fine but not amazing, I just don’t always feel like I’m getting the best value for what I’m paying.

"Managing my account is more frustrating than it needs to be"
Trying to deal with my AT&T account online has been a real headache. The pages take forever to load, my saved payment info doesn’t always show up, and I had to log back in multiple times just to look at my bill. It does work eventually, but the whole thing feels clunky and outdated. Support was fine, but this seems like an avoidable problem if the website just worked a little more smoothly...
"I tried upgrading my phone on att.com..."
I tried upgrading my phone on att.com and kept running into errors when I got to checkout. I had to start the whole process over twice, and still ended up calling support. It did finally go through, but the process was super slow and frustrating. What made it worse was that support kind of made it feel like I was doing something wrong, even though the site just wasn’t working right

"No surprise fees... finally"
It was kind of refreshing. The bill matched exactly what they said it would be... no random extra charges or weird fees showing up at the end
